Build to Health is focused on showing you how to achieve your personal health & physique goals, whilst living the hectic lives we do today. Taking a holistic approach to health, building in foundational habits to reach your goals and sustain them effortlessly. Thus being able to focus on the more important aspects in your life, from a point of optimal health and happiness.

BTH's Beginning 

"As a lover of all things science, I have tried and tested the majority of diets prevalent in the market place today - so as to gain a better understanding of clients who have adopted similar approaches.

Fundamentally, what I have found to be the most successful for me and my clients (striving to stay healthy, active and in good shape) has not been any particular programme, but individualised habits and progressively developed routines. This approach is very personal, as it requires you to become nutritionally in-tune with your body and selective with your exercise, to maximise your enjoyment and sense of accomplishment with specific goals.

Having these characteristics as the basis of which to build upon, makes the process to any successful lifestyle change that much more enjoyable, achievable and most importantly, sustainable. That is why I started Build to Health."

What is it?

This habit-based, anti-hardcore approach to holistic health is at the frontier of the industry.

Quick fixes, fad diets and all other extremist approaches to fitness and nutrition are finally becoming unmasked for what they are - unsustainable, stressful, creators of poor relationships with food and in the majority of cases, detrimental to our physical and mental health.
